MESPOM Study Programme
The 2-year (120 ECTS credits) MESPOM programme is delivered in English and includes three semesters of taught courses followed by a fourth research semester. The programme is regularly reviewed and endorsed by the Academic Board and by relevant bodies of all Consortium partners.
From Balaton to Beijing

On April 14th the International Herald Tribune describes "a sweeping series of measures introduced by Chinese officials that will freeze construction projects, shutter chemical plants and close down obsolete gas stations around Beijing this summer in an attempt to clear the air for the Olympics." MESPOM Intercultucal Communication class at Lake Balaton in September 2007 ended with an exercise to solve the problem of Beijing air pollution during the Olympics. Guess what? The winning group of students proposed to stop all construction. Well done! |

Q: Where can I access the recent programme description, a typical schedule and sample courses?
A: From 2007-2008, MESPOM and CEU run an e-learning Website which contains these documents. The programme description and the most recent schedule (for the current semester) are publicly available. Certain courses can also be 'sampled' on-line through guest access.
