Two MESPOM classes have graduated by now: the first in June 2007, and the second in June 2008. Most of the graduates have found jobs in the UK (where the government has recently introduced the so called International Graduate Scheme to provide work visas to non-EEA graduates of UK universities), Hungary, Sweden, the rest of Europe or their home countries (for example, India and China). The organizations that employed MESPOM graduates include private companies, academia and think tanks, the United Nations and other international organizations. Several alumni have also enrolled in PhD programes in the UK and Central European University.

The University of Manchester Careers Service was voted by recruiters best in the country for the last five years. Career services also exist in other partner universities, but a truly remarkable access to careers is provided by alumni networks of MESPOM and its sister programmes.
